Dylan Howe: Always had lower back problem from playing football all the way through college. Hated hitting lower back in the gym on leg day and back day because of my back problems. Rivian: This is the best $9 I've ever spent. I've got significant back issues lately. Tried inversion table, not much help. Decided to give this a go. Man, what a miracle. This is nothing more than a round roll of styrofoam. It's about 6 inches in diameter. I'm 6'1 and this diameter is great. I start at my hip with elbows on the grown. Slowly roll back and forth up to my shoulders. The foam is just about the perfect density. Its very very firm, but does have a touch of initial softness so that you don't feel your'e rolling on a PVC pipe. But what amazing relief. My muscle feels better than sitting in a $3k massage chair. I like this much much more than the massage chair. I just can't say enough about how great my back feels after using this.
I wanted my wife to try. She's only 5'3", her elbows can't touch the ground to use this effectively. I'm getting her a 4 inch diameter roll.

I mainly use this foam roller before and after workouts to make sure I do not injure myself too severely. Learning how to use one at first was not very difficult. You could easily pick up the skills by watching YouTube tutorials. I first bought this product after having sharp pains in my back after running every morning. After frequent use, the pain subsided and helped get rid of knots. I bought the large size, which is more definitely helpful for doing whole body stretches.This product felt great, stretching out places I did not could be stretched. Feeling the "pops" in your back is the greatest feeling ever after a long day walking, running, etc. I am particularly impressed with this product and what it has done for me.Owning this product for many months, the quality of the foam roller has not deteriorated one bit even after frequent usage every single day.
