mj: UPDATE 11/01/22 - Customer service is AMAZING!! So kind, and very informative. They walked me through step-by-step troubleshooting! When that didn't work, they (without even having to ask for it!!) just sent me a brand new USB hub. It was really awesome and very kind of them. The new one is working super well, I'm so happy i chose to go with this brand originally. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I think this a neat, light and portable, little device. It worked really well the first and second time i used it! I was very pleased. However, I pulled it out of the box a few days later and noticed it wasn’t staying connected. The lightest touch would knock out the display and keep my accessories from working. Sad stuff, as I was very pleased with it upon first use. I would still say try it out, though, especially for the price, as mine is probably a fluke.

Diego: El cable es pequeño, el conector usb c no queda tan firme, los conectores están dispersos en todos los costados y es difícil acomodarlo. Es en cierta medida funcional y me deshice del empaque, así que lo conservare, aunque opte por un hub qué solo tiene usbs tipo a y conectar el hdmi y cargador por separado. Me sirve para una surface go qué tengo como dispositivo secundario.

Oskar Kudla: Bought it as a hub to use my Samsung phone with external keyboard and monitor with DEX connection. It didn't work. It worked as a hub for my laptop though, but that is what I needed. Returned it.

Martin Castro Villagrana Rivera: Hay momentos en los que la conexión no funciona y no muestra la imagen en el monitor o no funciona la carga, se tiene que intentar varias veces para que funcione.

Una vez que se logra, funciona muy bien, imagen de 4k en mi monitor y carga simultánea. Por el precio esta ok.

Jan K.: Das Gerät kam gut verpackt und in einwandfreiem Zustand bei mir an, die Verarbeitung der Materialien ist gut und alles wirkt dem Preis angemessen.
Optisch passt das Gerät wirklich gut zu meinem MacBook Pro, die Farbe des Aluminium Gehäuses passt perfekt, einzig die blau leuchtende LED in dem USB 3.0 Anschluss stört mich etwas, darauf hätte ich gut verzichten können.
Die bislang von mir getesteten Anschlüsse funktionierten problemlos, zu Haltbarkeit kann ich leider noch nichts sagen.
Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Gerät wenn man mit der blauen Beleuchtung leben kann.

This easily fits in the pocket of my laptop bag. The quality feels great. I love the color, it: nice to have an adaptor that’s not just white gray or pink (this also help with distinguishing the difference of any other adaptor you may use).
