Jasmine: As other reviewers have pointed out, yes the measurements are geared towards the US market but they are easily converted to fit UK users of this cookbook. I have previously found it very difficult to find a vegetarian keto/ low carb cookbook that doesn’t contain cheese in almost every single recipe. This book has lots of variety, and includes more modern recipes such as cloud bread, fat bombs, and lettuce tacos. Most of the recipes only call for a few ingredients too. It’s exactly what I was looking for!

Hannah: The book in general is low quality.
- The 14 Day plan could include the page number for the recipe.
- The shopping list talks about frozen spinach the recipe about fresh, clearly the measurements for both differ.

I had a hard time computing the American measurements to the metric system, it clearly didn't help that the recipes for day one where a dish for 6 persons and a dish for 8....

CooperCooper: I love this book! The recipes are easy to follow. We have the majority of the ingredients already. There were only a few that I had to go look for, but were easily found at our grocery store. I love that the book includes a 2-week meal plan with a shopping list for each week. Makes it easy for shopping! The Chiles Rellenos are to DIE for!!

The only criticism I have is that technically Parmesan cheese and Worcestershire sauce are not vegetarian. If you’re a strict vegetarian this might bother you. But I found a tasty vegan Worcestershire sauce recipe online!

Overall, great book for beginners!

Doc Colb: This is one of the best cookbooks I’ve ever owned. It will become my first go too book when cooking. The recipes are pretty easy to prepare. What I like most? Each dish so far is simply delicious! I keep in mind, before the dish goes into a plate or bowl, like most cooks out there, one should taste each finished dish in order to check for any needed sodium or seasoning. Dried seaweed to replace salt is a great idea. This way of eating will or have probably save millions of lives. Buy one for yourself today!

Y. Owen: I wish I had checked this out better as there are NO photos....some people might prefer this, but not me. Very informative but as ever, writers of these types of books seem to write for an audience living in a city where you can access not-so-run-of-the-mill ingredients and where people have more disposable incomes!

JolnK: If you are hoping to find a few stats/results of vegetarian vs. standard keto (with fats/proteins from meat) this book is not. Good, clear recipes with only a few unusual (to me) ingredients. The lack of appetizing pictures is disappointing but not a "deal breaker," for me. It was surprising however, that the menus for each day, did not include the page numbers of each required recipe, requiring one to flip back and forth.
