CaptJ: I am recovering from a broken wrist. I purchased these products after a PT appointment and discussion. I have been using it for a week now and am seeing results. I can see results on a daily basis with little things like twisting off a jar cap or squeezing a tube of toothpaste. I can feel each tendon as I exercise them. For me the comeback is slow but I will may 100%. My issues have been overuse, I need to back off and give the tendons time to stretch. Excellent products and the storage bag is perfect. No mess of pieces of the kit laying around.
