Rob: I needed a powered USB3 hub for my midi devices, and this one has done the trick. It does not come with the power adapter so I used my Raspberry Pi one that provides 5v at 2.5A max load. Works a treat. Rob :)

HupFam: I needed a splitter that allowed my headset (work) as well as one or 2 other items (wireless keyboard, charging cord) to all function at same time. Works perfectly. Material seems kinda cheap, but in the end that didn’t matter. Works great!

VJK: Worked properly for 2 months. Then it started dropping the USB connection abruptly and all the peripherals stop working. It works for few minutes after reconnecting the dongle to the laptop, but it disconnects after sometime. Pay more and get a quality usb-hub. This is worthless even at $9. [UPDATE] The seller sent me a replacement and the replacement seems to be working good. I am bumping my review by 3 starts for that reason. The wire joint at the USB-A port side may not withstand a year of bending and the wire sleeve will crack exposing the metal wires.
