Brittany: I purchased this to primarily grate cheese. When I got it the instruction manual only listed 2 types (on the dryer side) of cheese. Despite the instructions, I’ve used this 3 times for cheddar cheese and it works great. It also cleans easily. The things I don’t like about it is you have to hold the power button down while using the other hand to push the item down. The port is also small so I have to cut up the block to fit. All in all it’s a good grater. Just expect to have to cut a lot of stuff in half (at least) before running it through.

Ernie F: I love that it has 5 different attachments to use based on what I am grating or slicing. I used to spend a lot of time manually grating cheese when I would make my onion casserole. Now with the Homdox grater it only takes minutes and clean-up takes less time. I just have to remove the attachment and put it in the dish washer. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to save time and looking for consistency in slicing vegatables..

doobeedoo: This product works great on shredding cheese, easy to use, easy to clean and does the job. Until the plastic tab on the feed tube broke. I want to get a replacement, but I cannot find a web presence. They claim you can contact them through facebook. What? I've sent a message 4 times but cannot get a response. The grater is useless with the broken feed tube and no way to find a replacement. For customer support alone, I don't recommend buying this product.

patrick m.: This machine is not very powerful. It had trouble chopping onions and most of all had trouble grating cheese. I had to put so much pressure on the feed area that the machine slowed down. It would have been faster to grate it by hand. Not good for what I wanted it for.
