CUSIMAX 200W Electric Deli Food Slicer - Perfectly Slice Meats, Cheese, and Vegetables

SteveSteve: The media could not be loaded.  Chose this slicer based on price/reviews. Didn't expect it to work this well at this price point! We've been curing our own bacon at the fire station recently and this cut perfectly a 'mostly thawed' slab. Also cut a completely thawed Portuguese sausage perfect! It's "the cats ass in pajamas" proclaimed 1 fire fighter! Will update as we try new cuts. 10 minute useage warning seems legit, but isn't a problem.

Ken: The machine do the job. But we can't find where to purchase the blade replacement. Without the new blade, the machine would not do much things. If anyone knows where to puchase replacement blade, please kindly let me know! Thank you!

NikibeachNikibeach: This is the best meat slicer for the price! Excellent quality, too! Slices super thin or medium or thicker - whatever you want. The blade is nice an sharp and I'm able to make awesome deli sandwiches with this.

It's actually easier to clean than some reviewers have posted.
After I use it, I use my portable, cordless vacuum and vacuum up all the tiny scraps (normal vacuum works great, too!). Then, I get paper towel with water and wipe down everything. THEN, I get a Clorox wipe and wipe down everything (including the blade - inside and out). Then I get another paper towel with water and wipe down all the places I Clorox wiped- to remove the chemicals - then dry it off.
It's squeaky clean afterwards.

Overall, this is an excellent meat slicer!

Ben Gower: My slicer came “renewed” which I wasn’t expecting but I’ll deal with it. The slicer seems fine. It was clean and there was no damage, so oh well.

It is somewhat loud but that’s okay for me.

Today I sliced some turkey that was purchased from Sam’s Club. The dial was pretty hard to adjust so be ready to use some elbow grease. I thought you might need to press down to adjust it but you don’t, it’s just really sturdy which can be a good thing. Anyways, with the dial about halfway to 1 you can slice nice thin to shaved slices. It depends on how light or hard you press on the meat as you slide it across the blade. Let the the machine do the work and just hold lightly. You can’t get the smooth operation like you could out of a commercial slicer so consistency could be a struggle with meat. I worked at a Lenny’s Sub Shop when I was younger so I’m familiar with slicing things. The turkey turned out fine for me, just gonna scoop it together on sandwiches and add a few toppings.

I also cut an onion on about a 4. Those came out nice so I’m sure tomato’s would be fine too.
