Took 3 hours. The cat does like it but it should have been easy and quick to assemble it. Will not buy another one

Greig Parry: Excellent Product ... the perfect height for our RV bed ... the dogs use all the time

Lisa Ette: These stairs worked out great. However it took my pups a bit to get used to them. Like a couple of weeks. The chihuahua got it first then the Frenchie caught on by watching her. But now they go up and down without any issue’s.

MDavis: I had to have someone help me put this together! It doesn’t just snap in place as the instructions suggest. It’s all plastic and it’s a ball and socket joint system that is extremely tight (which you want) but you have to be very precise and careful not to bend or twist anything. Once together, it’s sturdy enough for my 110lb Labradane.

Tanysha: Amazon’s rating system for used items needs help. The item was not in the condition stated but I needed this for my dog with bad hips so I kept it. The steps are sturdy but the pieces don’t fit completely together and it’s steep like people say. I pushed it between a wall and my bed so my dog has more support. It’s nice and sturdy and one of the only steps made for larger dogs that’s not over $100. Put a little something under the bottom step to make it more level and you’re good.

Karen K.: These stairs are really sturdy; however, putting them together was a trial. Not because the instructions were difficult, but because the posts fit in the holes so tightly that it took a lot of force to get them to go in all the way. I'm a strong woman and still found it difficult.
My main complaint is that when I first looked at the stairs the price was $135+, but, just a few days later, when I ordered them, it had jumped up to $167+. They were delivered on March 2 and just a few days later the price was reduced to $135+ again. I could take them apart and return them and buy at the better price, but think Amazon should be like Canadian Tire and, if a lower price is found shortly afterward, refund the difference, to save their customers from being taken advantage of.

Chelsea: This is my third stairs I purchase and the tallest. The steps are wide enough for my dogs to feel confident to climb up or go down from. It took a bit of training but now they love it. The steps can be cleaned easily, is light enough to be moved but sturdy that I'm not concern it's going to topple over. The only downside is upon assembly, for every version I struggled to align and push in the pegs.

Tsilt: WHY I BOUGHT THEM AND WHY RAMPS FAILED ME:
Okay so I bought this because my Saint Bernard/Great Pyreness mix is now 9 years old and starting to show arthritis in her joints (She just went on meds). I wish I'd purchased these years ago! I started with purchasing a pet ramp for the car thinking I liked the cheaper price and the weight was even less - they folded down - yada yada yada. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Ramps aren't going to help older dogs, the only use this ramp might be affective with would be younger sporting breed or over a small 2 step raise. From my tiny Chevy Tracker they are at less than a 45 degree angle and that's just nuts.
I went back to the drawing board and decided to look at actual steps again. Because these are not part of my house I didn't care what they did or did not match so I got he cheaper color and on a day there was a great coupon. I got these $100+ MSRP stairs for $45 total and I'm confident they'd be worth the full price.
MY DOG IS BIG AND HATES NEW THINGS:
Bailey weighs 110# (She's tiny for her breed mix) and although the first trip up she was skittish while I guided her by collar, the second time we used them, I Just...

Tamara GoertzTamara Goertz: Yeah these steps truly are a Godsend, especially for my unique situation. These steps were the perfect height and width for my doorstep to lead into the milk chute (the kitty door with a little carpet and plastic flap) next to my door (see attached photo). I needed it to fit exactly, and in Canada there was not a single pet store that carries anything that tall. My old 15-year-old cat has bad hip displasia and had quite a bit of difficulty jumping up from the little table I had there before. Last week it got so sore for him that I got home from work and he was stuck outside. I then frantically hunted for something like these steps; not even the online pet store Dr Foster and Smith (from which I ordered a heated cat house online as an emergency shelter for my kitty just for this type of situation) could send me these steps to Canada. With my overzealousness in finding these on Amazon being able to ship to Canada I ordered the fastest rush deliver, which cost a whopping $150 CAD total or so and I got it a couple days later. But regular shipping for this product is free. It's super easy to put together with a little arm-strength. If you lack a rubber mallet for the last panel I...

B McCoy: Initially, arthritic cat had trouble going down the steps because of the slope so I raised the end step up on wood 3" to level it out a bit like normal stairs. He likes it now.
