Rachel Green: My mom broke her wrist and due to the trauma and surgery, she had quite a bit of swelling in her elbow. Cianna Elizabeth: Godsend! This massager is perfect! I do home workouts, as well as running, and this has been wonderful for my sore muscles, it's also been great for back pain in general. Easy to use, and easy to customize, you can get the exact right pressure you need for your massage, and I haven't regretted it yet, and I use it almost every other day for my tired and sore muscles. This is now a go-to product in my household, and will be looking forward to using it for a long while!

Ms. Mc Gibblets: This works great for working the knots out of my calf muscles. I use an elliptical daily and walk during my breaks at work so I tend to get a lot of tension and knots in my muscles. I like that you can adjust the massager as each link is removable. It doesn't take much pressure for me to get a good, firm massage. The quality of the massager is great and I expect to get many years of use from this massager.
