Bernie P.: The first time I installed it, I had a leak. I had to reseat it because the gasket is very thin. It doesn’t allow for flaws in the tank casting. The new gaskets are solid rubber instead of the old spongy style. Maybe better lasting, but again, not much wiggle room for tanks that are not perfectly molded.

Michael F: Everything sealed up nice and dry and the flapper doesn't seem to be leaking at all. If it's your first time you should watch a youtube tutorial for tips on exactly how much to tighten everything.

KGBKGB: Replaced flush and fill valves along with gasket, washers and hardware connecting tank to bowl in the four toilets in 15 year old home. Installation was easy, instructions were very clear. Nice to have adjustments for flapper, tank fill level and bowl fill level. No leaks, everything is adjusted and working very well.
The only issue I had was having to take 2 inches off the top of the fill tube on the flush valve to get them down to the right height for the relatively small 1.6 gpf tanks on the toilets.

I feel that there should be an inclusion in the instruction manual about checking the overfill pipe height with the possible need to shorten the overfill pipe . I had to disassemble, cut the pipe, then reassemble.
Maybe the above would be obvious to a plumber, but should be spelled out for us ordinary folks.
