Jose: I bought it on sale and Im so happy!
It is super easy to install, but make sure you do it in order or you’ll have to reset the thing that was on before the first thing you had to set up.

Easy to use and VERY elegant.

No, the keypad does not need to be on the wall while connected to the power cord. It can be wireless. It has a battery that lasts months. No need to drill a hole in the wall to hide the wire. It also lights up (wakes up) whenever it feels motions approaching so you can see the numbers. No need to touch it to wake up.

Chris: I purchased for my parent's house and they love it. Super easy to navigate for someone who is not so tech savy. It gives them a HUGE piece of mind when away from the house traveling or whatnot. Definitely recommend purchasing solar charging kit on these. No more changing batteries is a great thing...especially for the elderly. These cameras are very durable and customer service is off the charts. You have an option for them to monitor in case of an alarm activation. They will dispatch police and I have seen it first hand. If you are looking for something simple and effective...look no further! 5 Stars!

brent weckar: I purchased this system for our new 5th wheel RV which is not typical but it works great. Installed motion sensors inside and contact sensors at all the outside hatches and the entry door. We use the system as a self monitored system currently but it may be possible to do professional monitoring depending on your RV location and length of stay. The system is very easy to setup and program. I use it daily to secure our RV when I am staying remote for work. The siren is easily heard from a distance outside the RV so it will alert anyone around. I located the keypad at the bedside to allow easy access to it while in bed. I use the app to arm/disarm when leaving or returning to the RV. Being able to arm the system remotely is a great feature in case you forget before you leave. You can do it from anywhere. Overall the system is very simple and works great.

Brady: Easy setup, fine user control, extremely thoughtful design!

I was using smartthings with a mix of smartthings, wink, and other z wave products for my alarm.
This alarm is better in my opinion than anything you can buy professionally or diy.

Design
First off, everything just looks nice and clean. The sensors are slightly wider and taller than my old sensors, but are way thinner which makes them stick out less. I really the design language of everything for the 2nd generation products.

Setup is really fast and easy. I appreciate this because z wave can be super duper finicky and hard/time consuming to setup. The thoughtfulness of design of everything is just bar none better than anything else. For example, starting with the base station, backup battery, cellular free, wifi and ethernet options, and cable management! Both the base station and keypads have cable management which gives options in setup to really make everything look nice! The keypad also can be operated wired or by rechargeable battery which again, awesome. On top of that, the base station comes with a great wall mounting solution that can be used permanent or semi permanent with the charging...

NBA: Likes:
- installation is very easy, instructions are clear
- tech support is great. I had one issue and they walked me through it right away.
- I use a ChimePro for the doorbell. Works well, announces visitors.
- Alexa integration works fine.
- the indoor door sensors, motion detectors and keypads all work fine.
- the up-front cost may seem high, but the payback vs my old subscription alarm system still seems good, plus I get much more value from the cameras and doorbell.

Dislikes: none that are really important, but here goes
- the range extenders work, but are kind of weak so I get some “weak connection” warnings with indoor devices that are far from the base station. But they work well enough to run the system.
- the outdoor spotlight cam is a little slow to light up at night when motion happens.
- the ring pro doorbell didn’t work with my old wiring. I run it on battery. No big deal.
- I decided to try the path lights + bridge, but it hasn’t arrived yet (some delays) so I can’t review it.

Caveats:
- I had to upgrade my WiFi to a mesh network (I went with Amazon/eero but google nest probably would have been just as good)....
