mnmn926: This is the 2nd camera I've purchased from this seller and it is amazingly easy to install and use. The 1st one is mounted on our 30 foot long 5th wheel and performs flawlessly. This one I mounted on a recently purchased 28 foot long, bumper pull cargo trailer that I purchased for a long-distance move. It also was easy to install and the clarity of the image is amazing. If you add the tongue, I'm probably right around 35 foot in overall length and the connection was not an issue.
This makes changing lanes in traffic so much safer. Don't' hesitate just buy it.

Amazon Customer Awesome: We really like this product and it came so quick. The Night vision is crisp and clear just like day time, which we loved. It came in time and we got it installed right before leaving out of state. This is our first big travel trailer and it was awesome to be able to see all my blind spots between this and the trailer mirrors we bought.
The only issue we had was in larger cities. The feed would lag and freeze when we were in more congested areas. Which was not ideal since that's when I REALLY needed to see if I had room to move over. It lagged enough that cars that were on the rear video would be ahead of me on my left in real time and still on the camera behind me.
Other than that, which happened mostly in big cities, this was great. Hopefully they'll fix that problem, since it's a pretty big safety issue.

James M. Johnson: Minus... The monitor does not remember settings when powered off. We are talking image flip, picture contrast, etc. settings. If like me, you store the monitor until needed to back into a site or storage, it will be annoying to take the extra 5 minutes to restore your chosen settings for the monitor's display. (write down a list and keep it with the monitor) Once in place, they work great.
The kit comes with an adapter for the Furion camera mount pre-installed on many RVs. However, a growing number of RV manufacturers are now pre-installing the Way Interglobal (Lippert) camera mount. This camera will directly plug into the Lippert wiring (very good!), but there is no adapter available to attach to the mount. I had to manufacturer my own adapter and unfortunately cannot angle the camera down as far as I would like. I am 'blind' to about 7 feet out from the rear bumper so in some instances still need a spotter.
