I'm not using the inside motion detector, so I can't speak to that, but I'm happy with the system. I don't like that it beeps for whatever time you set for the home mode - the timer is really for the away mode and when you return, but I just set it to a bearable level and it's fine.

CRYSTAL MOORE: I was impressed with what you receive for the cost, that was definitely a plus for me!! I did had issues with the base part of the system continuously alarming while I was putting up the sensors and that was more than likely on my part. However the instructions, they were vague. It was only upon watching the video online that I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong. Other than that Great product. Unfortunately I had to uninstall immediately after installing it and return it because I found out my contract was not up with my current alarm system provider which was frustrating and that was on me as well. 5 year contract for basically what I received in this box minus access to someone contacting you if an alarm goes off. Do your homework before getting TIED up in a service contract with a home monitoring provider !! Why pay all of that money when you can get the same product at a much cheaper price, this would be my way to go definitely!! I only gave stars because of the instructions. Other than that it would have been 5.

Morgan: Youre going to need to be a little tech savy to set this up. Its NOT as simple as just connecting a new device to your wifi or bluetooth. I had to educate myself a bit on 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi connections and gateways. I had to use an actual computer not my phone to get to the gateway. Then go in the wifi settings and rename the 2.4ghz and 5ghz so I could know which one to use when connecting this security system. I also had to temporarily disable it the 5gh wifi since my phone only wanted to use that, and was using my phone for the app to connect the security alarms/sensors. It was a bit of a headache and was not in the instructions on how to do it.
Once I got passed that, the instructions were slightly confusing, I thought there was a “home”, “away”, and a “disarm” setting. I thought I set everything to disarm but the alarms kept triggering. I finally realized you set the alarms to what setting you want them to trigger on. Not what the system. If that makes sense. For example, I dont want my motion sensor to trigger when Im home. So I set the motion sensor to “away, home, disarmed” mode, thinking it was disarmed. But it still triggered. So I changed it to...

Michael Schott: Honestly NOT BAD!
I was leery after I read the instructions as the translation into English seemed over the top going through each of the steps of the installation process.
Fortunately, they include photos to help you through each step of programming the individual sensors through the app. Seemed like it was going to by a nightmare like many of the negative comments stipulated. Also had difficulty adding the very first sensor until I realized I wasn’t following the exact steps stipulated by the instructions.
Everything came online nicely once I realized the step I was doing incorrectly.
Alarm is not loud AT ALL. I was aware of this at the time of purchase as other reviewers had mentioned this as well, but I just wanted notifications sent to my phone and this does just that.
What peace of mind when you can arm and disarm your alarm from your phone and actually hear it working inside your house.
Notifications were instantaneous once alarm was triggered.
DOWNSIDE: This system can easily be superseded by cutting power/wifi as I don’t know how a notification would be sent, otherwise, for $60, it’s WORTH the extra peace of...

Garry M.: This is a nice security system, but my complaint is there should be an alert when the sensor battery is low. This would provide added security so that the user doesn't have a false sense of security, thinking that they have a security system in place when in fact the batteries are dead and they sensors are not triggered even when the system is armed.
I just changed several batteries after realizing the battery was dead in several of the sensors. I know its good habit to check this regularly, but its easy to forget.
Hopefully the seller is reading this, and hopefully this can be addressed by updating the App.
