David P Greseck: This might be a user error on my part but it's VERY hard to use this roller. I don't know if it's because I can't physically bring my back to the curve because of swelling and damage to my spine, or if it's just too thick in general. I can get about halfway down before my back won't go any farther. I got this for my Fibromyalgia to help stretch out and help with pain, but so far I can't use it the way I should be able to. I need one about half this thickness.

JOSE MANUEL CUEVAS SAINZ: Este aditamento lo utilizo en mi ejercicio personal en casa, en particular para ejercitar las piernas, brazos y abdomen, todo ello en piso.

Proporciona un muy buen soporte para realizar ejercicios para los que acostumbrarlos hacerlos con este tipo de cilindros.

Su gran firmeza soporta perfectamente el peso de mi cuerpo y en ningún momento parece que pudiera doblarse o romperse, aún así es muy ligero para maniobrarlo.
