One fan did not work at all- electrical short; other fan does not cool as I expected with the frozen packs. Felt like a regular fan. For the $$$ I was not impressed.

This is a nice fan. It’s easier to get the ice blocks out of the water bin if you remove the door completely.. thankfully it goes back on easily. The chilling feature is negligible in my large rooms, but the fan operates quietly and moves a good amount air, so I usually don’t use the water feature any more.

I Thought This Might Be A GOOD Alternative To The Big Bulky Polluting Window AC Units And The Design Looked Sleek. The Air Doesnt even Come Out COOL Even With REFRIGERATED WATER AND THE PROVIDED ICE PACKS Floating In The Water. Theres NO Way To Know If The Waters Getting Low Past Just Setting The Timer And Guessing How Long The Water Will Last. If Youre Gonna Copy Japanese Made Items COPY THE EFFICIENCY Of Their Products Too. Cause The Japanese Version Of This DOES Cool The Air. Its Just A B*TCH To NE Order It And TWO Get It Internationally Shipped Over Here. ESPECIALLY Right Now. But Honestly Im Considering Just Sending This Garbage Back Cause Its Worthless.
