The coffee set in itself is gracefully designed. simple and compact to store, a little difficult to disassemble at first, but when you're used to it, it becomes easier and through in cleaning. Unfortunately a roommate broke my set, and had to get a replacement. The customer support was super helpful and went above and beyond to get me my warrantied coffee set after USPS lost my package the first attempted delivery.
Hats off to you, and thank you for this wonderful coffee set. It's the only one I intend on using for as long as it lasts me.
