Melissa Forand: I ordered this because my physical therapist had me using one at my appointments. I do squatting snowboard exercises on it. This one came in on time, Not damaged and is nice and sturdy. I am 190lbs and it is nice and stiff. I place the round side on the ground and stand on the flat side. The flat side has like a nonskid pattern on it which is great for traction on my sockless feet.

Julia Dicum: I’ve been under a Physiotherapist’s care since mid- September for a frozen shoulder and back pain. After awhile he put me on a half foam roller and I loved it so much that I also wanted to do it at home. I chose this one based on description & reviews. It’s a lot harder than the one at my Physio’s clinic, but in a very short time decided I like this one better. I just wish it came in more/other colours. ( I’m not a big fan of blue.)
