TeamZissou: It works fine but it’s incredibly expensive for what it is. A twenty six dollar chunk of low density foam. I was expecting it be like that nice solid foam that yoga blocks are made of, like my OT has in her office, but this is more like the foam that pool noodles are made from. A little disappointed but I’ll get over it.

Mitch G.: Never heard of these rollers until my physiotherapist had me use one. Looked at many before landing on this one. Great price point, and is really dense/firm, I've used it many times now and it still holds it's shape.
This definitely takes practice, and I feel it's been helpful.

DAN: What I like about this roller, is that it is Firm, not soft and not hard. I already have a black high density super firm roller that does not give at all, and also one that was medium firm when I bought it , but it didn't take long to soften up, so its only good for a gentle warm up, but not for serious rolling for pain relief. This one is absolutely perfect with just a little bit of give, and it does soften up tight muscles. Who cares if it's not some fancy color, its exactly what I used to have and like for back and leg rolling. also the price is rediculously lower than all the other foam rollers I looked at. Bought a 18 inch, work great !

Ranjan: Good product but one star taken away because it was a tad soft and a bit on the long side. I suppose it should be easy to saw it to a smaller size (~28 inches rather than 36) and use the rest as coasters or chair-leg pads.
