Lori Bowring Michaud: I’m very disappointed. LED light is supposed to last 20 years. I’ve had this light for just over 4 months. The magnification is great, the light was great for about 3 months. It’s been flickering for a month. Tonight it’s shutting down, then coming back on. I use it for cross stitching. Expensive light for only 4 months of use.

Jack H.: Performs well, but doesn't retain your color/brightness adjustments when you turn it off; you have to redo them every time, and that sucks. I like the lamp overall, but what were they thinking with those wheels? They're small and don't turn smoothly. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt with the white color, perhaps they were trying to add some color since the rest of the lamp is a boring black.

Shek5150: Okay . . .so, my lamp arrived only an hour ago & this feed back is based on assembling it only . . . I have little doubt I'll be satisfied with it .. . ITS A LAMP.

1). Who puts bright white casters on a black lamp . .. everything else is muted (black, gray, even metallic) . .. except for the obnoxious casters, white. This is probably not an issue in a business setting . .. but in a home (where decor/taste matters . . . 🤪

2) The Fixing Screw: it appears that the upper & lower portions of this lamp are joined with this fixing screw that 'locks' the two in place; however, this restricts the rotating capabilities of the lamp (putting continued pressures on the washers at the base; which (IMO) will eventually come loose over time. So, I leave the screw out & it turns freely . . . (if the upper section had an insert that swivels; then this would not be an issue . . . but with mine, if you turn the upper part .. . the lower part also turns which continually stresses the connections at the base. (((p.s., yes you'd think the casters would address this need; and they do with enough force . . . but why should that be necessary . . particularly for folks that may...
