The PBD Outdoor Digital Amplified HDTV Antenna is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality television signal. This powerful antenna offers a range of up to 150 miles and features a motorized 360-degree rotation for optimal signal reception. The included 59FT RG6 Coax Cable and Coaxial Grounding Block ensure a secure connection, and the UHF VHF 1080P 4K support makes it compatible with up to two TVs. Plus, the easy-to-follow user manual and remote control make installation and operation a breeze. This antenna is also built with a water-proof design, making it ideal for outdoor use. Dr. D: Very easy to put together and woks very well. This is better than an inside antenna especially for those who have a metal roof. Do your research on antennas before you buy anything.
The distance ratings on antennas that are rated for 100 + miles are not true. We live in a rural area and this antenna gets the job done and gives a great picture on every channel.
Once a week we may have to turn the antenna to pick up certain channels which make the motorization a hand tool.
This is not a long term antenna since it is mainly plastic. I would say you will get about 4 yrs or so out of the antenna if the motor doesn't go out first. If you are looking for an antenna that will last many years you will pay the bucks.
Overall, we are pleased with the antenna.

Gary: Great value for the price. Easy assembly! I thought about the upgrade they mention but for me this worked perfect. I can't believe the clarity & the antenna channels I receive. Looks cheap works great. Keep in mind location is going to be a key factor. We started streaming but missed our local channels so this works out great. The smart TV's are set up with a connection for this. Beats paying high cable prices for stations you never use.

Ron in SebringRon in Sebring: Surprisingly very good! For the price I wasn’t expecting much, especially since I’m a HAM radio operator and build my own antennas and know a thing or two about them.
I would say the quality is ok...I’ve seen other retail antennas with far inferior aluminum and motor etc. The directors are stable and stay in place rather than wobble around etc., also the reflector is great...simple, very effective and stable.
Signal rejection and directionality is terrific! Just a few inches makes a big difference in reception (so make sure you’re pointing at the right area when scanning for channels). Overall reception is again, surprising. I live quite far from the major broadcasting markets and their towers and am able to receive just about all of them. The Tampa markets towers range between 42 and 85ish air miles from me and it gets them all at a height of just 20 feet...The Ft. Myers market ranges between 55 and 133 air miles and again...it seems I’m able to get all of the digital channels being broadcast from that area. So between the dipole tuning and the built-in signal amplifier, this little thing works great.
It would cost me more in materials to build one...

Peter R.: I purchased three of these units (one for the house, one for the workshop and one for the RV.
All worked well, and set up easily. They are light in weight and have a small footprint which minimizes wind load on an antenna pole.
POWER:
NOTE: The power source is 15 VAC which means if using in a mobile setup such as the RV, then an AC source will be needed to power the control box and pre-amp. Small current demand is 120VAC 210 mA / 15 VAC 300 mA using the supplied wall wart power supply. So a small 300 watt or larger inverter is adequate for the mobile 12 VDC to 120 VAC conversion.
The coax line between the control box and the antenna must not have any splitters in line. It can have couplers and extension coax. This is because the power for the rotator and pre-amp in the antenna runs over the coax line.
AIMING:
The rotator only has one control button on the control box and only one on the remote. Eitheh one can be used to rotate the antenna. There is not a left and right button, just one button. So depressing the button to rotate the antenna is somewhat unpredictable which way it will turn. If you overshoot and wish to swing back a little, the next...
