ももんが: これ１つあれば足の筋トレから腕から色々使えて便利です。
ベースとなるオレンジの部分は硬いです。
中にフォームだとかそういった感じではなく、中までプラスチックぎっしりといった感じ。
裏側にある溝にゴムチューブを入れ込む感じです。
収納バッグもありますが、全てのパーツがしっかりした作りになっていて長く使えると思います。

Border Collie Lovers: 半円のバーにバンドが付いているエクササイズグッズです。
筋膜リリースから筋トレまでできます。
しっかりした冊子がついているので、それを見ながらできます。
また、You Tubeもあるので、動画を見ながらトレーニングができました。
なかなかハードなトレーニングができました。
持ち歩くにはちょっと重たいので、部屋の片隅に置いて使いました。

Anazom カスタマ一: チューブを使ったピラティス種目のほとんどがこれ一つでできるようになり
それだけでなく、いわゆるチューブワークアウト（筋トレ）もほとんどできてしまう、すごく便利なフィットネスギアです。
また、ポールのようなストレッチ、筋膜リリース的な使い方もできます。
残念なのはチューブの負荷を細かく調整できないというところですが、そんなムキムキを目指さない限りはこちらで十分コンディショニングできます。

Amazon カスタマー: 韓国語のYouTube動画説明はあるけど、日本語のは二つだけ？
足を伸ばす動きでは、片方ずつだとすぐ緩くなってしまう。手で押さえるなら、安いチューブだけで充分です。
とにかく日本語の解説動画増やしてくれないと、使えない。

I took various pilate classes before and this equipment ( if you can call this an equipment or piece of plastic) can’t help you at all.

Shenell Richards: It arrived a few days ago and I've been following along to their youtube videos.
I gotta say, it hurts a bit at first, but in that good sore feeling way.
I've tried pilates, but the movements are a lot easier, more like a massage.
Anyways, I'm on my feet all day for work, and it's already helping my posture.
I love it!!!
The roller itself is really sturdy and has got some decent weight to it.

CHENG Y WANG: I waited for the beaurit to re-list this product. I love the idea and I like the product. I waited because I was not ready to commit with the class option, which is about $200. I'm glad that I waited and both myself and my husband, we enjoy it very much. I do feel that it's kind of pricey compared to other products in the market.

This product is a combination of a traditional foam roller and a multi-functional pilates machine. You can perform different types of pilates exercises using the roller and handles. What a great idea!
