Liesl: My first foam roller - not as firm as I was expecting, which is a good thing as I had used my roommates previously and that foam was like a rock! I will say that, if you’re new to rolling, as I am, it takes more upper body strength and agility to roll out your legs than you might think. I’m finding I roll out my back more than my legs, but at least I use it!
