Carlos Henriquez: Very well made strong and sturdy. Orthopedic/Gym quality. I wish I would have bought the longer one. This one works great but a bit short. Does not extend past both sides of my back. Would have liked to have been able to have a hold point on either side. I may buy the longer one as well. Works great on legs, arms, neck and back but for back in my opinion would like the longer one.

Amazon Customer: My husband has back stiffness and, using a roller at the chiropractor, decided he wanted one for home. He likes this a lot. It rolls easily. The texture really loosens his tight muscles and helps to relax his back. I have tried it too and I think it helps my back. He is 6'3 and I am 4'11. This fits both our backs very well.

Katiedid: This is a lightweight foam roller. A must have for tight muscles if you can't see a massage therapist. I use mine in the doorway. I place it in the area of where I need it then I roll it hard into myself on those problem areas. Works like a charm! I highly recommend this.

Brian Fitzgerald: I had a basic hard foam roller that was smooth with no nubs on it, and it wasn't really doing the job. A friend of mine had this product, and I tried theirs and liked it. So, I ordered my own. The nubs are great and give a good massage effect to work out sore muscles. It is also sturdy and durable. The nubs are a little hard since this roller is pretty dense, and are sometimes uncomfortable (we call it the "mean roller"), but I can't complain about the mild discomfort because this roller really does the job compared to a smooth roller.

Taggy: I like the density and options of smooth or bumps. Also, I wish it was a bit longer, however it does work well.
It would be nice to have some instructions with the product.
