Nicholas Paolino: All foam rollers hurt, this one hurts worse but in a good way. The various surface areas get deep into tissue and help release the muscles.

Carlos Henriquez: Very well made strong and sturdy. Orthopedic/Gym quality. I wish I would have bought the longer one. This one works great but a bit short. Does not extend past both sides of my back. Would have liked to have been able to have a hold point on either side. I may buy the longer one as well. Works great on legs, arms, neck and back but for back in my opinion would like the longer one.
