JulMu: I love that this protects the spine from injury, in the middle. It is very sturdy.It definitely is a deep tissue massager. Be ready for the grooves to really go in and break up the muscles tension. It works for me. Probably not for those who are looking for a gentle massage. I have not travelled with it yet.

Ann Sims: I have had a knot in the middle of my trapezius/scapula area for about 3 years. I have been to the chiropractor and a masseuse a few times, but a knot like this was going to take a long time to get rid of. I figured for this price I would try this. I used it 3 times in one week and it hurt like a mother, but I noticed the next week that my knot was GONE. It has been a month now and it is STILL GONE. I cannot tell you how happy this makes me. I need to use it some more, but what I got it for has been cured and I honestly cannot believe it :)
