hildy: The media could not be loaded. Feels great on the muscles and impressive distance too. If you want to try this: put the bigger one in front, smaller one behind, get a towel for maximum sliding, and push off a wall with your feet. Be sure to have your shirt tucked in and pants tied so nothing gets caught. I’d highly recommend if you are an athlete by day and slider by night.

Ann: For everyone saying it's too tough: have you ever used a roller before? 🤣 it's supposed to be this way, it needs to massage the muscles. It might hurt at first but that's why you should keep repeating...
Mine didn't break or anything, I think if you're more or less healthy weight it's absolutely fine.

Ricks: I used the big roller more than the small one as it was more effective on my back. After several weeks of using it, it cracked. I was still able to use it but the crack was spreading. It eventually collapsed on me while using it. I am now using the small roller and it’s not that effective on my back compared to the big roller. I can hear that it’s also starting to crack. Almost like the PVC became brittle in a short amount of time.
The roller is a PVC tube with a hollow ribbed rubber sleeve on it.
