Jeanine: Our water in Florida has always upset my stomach, so I have always drank only bottled water. Even the Brita filter did not remove enough chlorine and stuff. This filter does take everything out - EVERYTHING! It tastes just like bottled water, actually better. Making it my primary source for water to drink, the filter lasted approx 1 month. Leave it on my counter as I don't really like cold water. Works great!! Definitely work the money!!

Vlastimir Obradovich: Overall this is a good product that filters the water and provides cleaner water than from the tap. However, depending on how "unclean" your water is, the filter lifespan varies. We purchased this over a larger under counter filtration system due to space constraints. Our first Zerowater filter only lasted two and a half weeks which is relatively short but this does give us an idea of the quality of water. And you can't pour in more than 1.5l of water to filter at a time, which just means you wait longer for filtered water if you're utilizing it for say cooking. That being said, Zerowater could try to improve the longevity of their filters, because at GBP15.99 a single filter is a pricey endeavour when the filter itself was only double that.
Still overall a good product which has definitely helped the limescale in my kettle and other items but for the price of the filters, more thought should have been given to the purchase.

Hopefully this helps someone out there with their water filter decisions. :)

Ikaris: Questa caraffa la utilizzo da diversi anni ormai, mai avuto particolari problemi, dove abito la qualità dell'acqua è già abbastanza buona ma volevo una purezza maggiore. Abitando al terzo piano mi scocciava acquistare balle d'acqua ogni settimana ma con questo filtro ho risolto.

Sapore molto leggero e "fresco" personalmente lo trovo gradevole. Un filtro mi dura circa 4-5 settimane dopodiché il tester comincia a segnare il valore che tende a crescere (100-200 ecc) secondo me ancora bevibile dal momento che molte bottiglie confezionate hanno un valore di oltre 400.

Contro: Mi è capitato che qualche filtro dopo sole 3 settimane cominciasse a filtrare un acqua un po puzzolente.

Adam: I've only had this for a short while, but can say for a new filter, this is by far the best! I've used a GE filter in my fridge, Brita, and PUR to compare against.
Tbh, PUR is really good, and I was originally going to buy a 3rd water PUR pitcher to use for our nugget ice machine. But I looked into Zero and really wanted to try it, and I'm so glad I did!

The water tastes the best. And by best, I mean it tastes like nothing. It can be jarring for people used to drinking tap water to have something that is completely flavorless. But put some in the refrigerator, or with ice (also made from Zero water) and it is absolutely refreshing, similar to bottles of SmartWater.

Zero water doesn't leave residue behind in my ice maker like even PUR water does, that thin white powder that would build up over time.

Zero water filters also filter extremely quickly! The reason I needed another filter over my two PUR pitchers is because they couldn't keep up on the demand for filling the ice machine and drinking water. The Zero filter has ample supply for the ice maker, on-demand drinking water, AND extra for chilling in the fridge AND filling up my half-gallon growler every...

Shadow: I will start off by saying that I have an M.S. degree in Environmental Science. This has absolutely no bearing on this review, except that I completely understand the processes going on with the zero water filter and the concept of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).

I did not purchase the zero water for any altruistic purpose. I did it to save money. I used to by bottled spring water because I grew up in a rural area and never acquired a taste for city water. I hate the taste of chlorinated water. I was looking for an alternative to expensive, and yes wasteful, bottled water that would taste good enough to drink.

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy this, and I am glad that I did. The result is that I love the choice I made. I am going to discuss my experience with this product and also respond to some of the other reviews that I read here.

So here we go:
1. The product is solidly made. I have owned this for five months and have had no problems with leakage from the filter (I am on number two) where it connects to the water reservoir or any other mechanical problems.
