Cindy Combs Roth: I ordered a 3 pack but when the package arrived there were only 2 filters and one was completely out of the plastic product seal. I called the number provided on Amazon for the manufacturer and on a Saturday afternoon after about a 10 minute wait spoke to a rep who said he’d send 2 filter (1 to complete the order and 1 to replace the unsealed one). On Monday I received an email offering 1 replacement filter but I explained in a reply I actually needed 2. The rep, Maggie, sincerely apologized and said they’d send 3 for my troubles. All three arrived today, sealed and ready to go. The product fit right in the refrigerator with no effort.
