Jeremy: After running 2 jugs of water and tasting water from the next dispense - the taste was markedly better than from the previous filter. Easy to install - O-rings sealed. All good.

SM: The filter came in 4 packs. The first filter we used was great. The 2nd one we just replaced caused my refrigerator sounded like a jackhammer. We called our technician to look at our refrigerator and found that the cause was the defective water filter. We used the 3rd filter in our refrigerator and it worked fine and the sound of jackhammer disappeared. I tried to get a replacement/return through Amazon but it is past the return date but who would have known as we can't test each filter when we get the product.
I emailed the waterdrop service to request a replacement for their defective filter. They immediately responded the next day and sent a replacement. Great customer service and response time. Although one filter was defective (which things can happen) while manufacturing but was very impressed with their response time and way they handled everything.

A. Findlay: I rarely write reviews, and can’t believe a water filter has been the catalyst for me to write one after so long but I’m extremely happy with this purchase.
Not only are they really good value for money, and do the job just as well as the OEM Samsung filter, they fixed an annoying issue I’d been having with water flow from the fridge tap.
For ages I’d been scratching my head as to why the water flow from the fridge was so slow. It would take nearly a minute to fill up my 32oz water bottle. I watched YouTube videos, called Samsung, replaced the OEM filter for another OEM one and it remained the same. I ended up stopping using the fridge tap altogether.
As soon as I put this filter in, I was the recipient of a decent flow of water and a quickly filled water bottle. I’m very happy I can get filtered water on tap again!
Now, if only Samsung could make an ice maker that doesn’t freeze itself into an unusable mini glacier every 2 weeks, I’d say I have the perfect fridge setup.
