HonestReviewer: Get it. For the most part I have noticed a HUGE difference with the taste of our water. The fact that it lasts up to a year makes it even more renter friendly. The installation was easy, just make sure you know which water hose is which in regards to your sink.

Chenchen SUN: The media could not be loaded. I trusted the review on this product, in order to avoid the installing issue, we invited the plumber to install. First of all, the plumber confirmed that the components came with the filter are bad quality. That could not be fasten up. We tested, as the video shew, water leaks no matter how hard we tried. After changing a new valve-purchased by ourselves, guess what, the water leaks from another side, from the black filter bottle. That damaged our kitchen under sink wood. We just renewed our kitchen, now we have to pay more than $300 to change that part.
I trust a lot the amazon product review, i really do not understand how this product could have so many positive review.
