Kindle Customer: Gobbled this up in one rainy afternoon. A clever blend of quantum theory, linear theory and how little we actually know about time. I can't wait to start the next journey.

Kate Rees: as above - very good read.

Kindle Customer: The discovery of time travel, as told by celebrated journalist and war correspondence, lent credibility to science. The author wrote a story of time travelers who are seasoned and experienced scientists. Introducing the ethics of altering history was a central theme that demonstrates the author's attention to science. Telling the story by those who travel adds complexity and divergent views.
I was not going to read this book if it was a poor copy of the Outlander Books. The author wrote his version of time travel, which is interesting, enjoyable, and believable. What we think we don't know today is what the future will use every day. Downloaded Book 2.
Thanks Amazon for suggestion.

Dave: Just a very neat story to read. Writing is a bit dry, eg, I did this then I did that. Seems a bit rushed at times to conclude the event. And one really awful proofreading error: at one point a person emits a real “grown”. Obviously it must have actually been a “groan”.
I’m off to continue the story in book 2.

dino: Having recently got in time travel novels some can be quite complex and confusing. This was the complete opposite. Well written with compelling characters. All builds seamlessly into a story line which you can't put down. Some great dilemmas about how what you do might change the future and all in all "a great read" and I can't wait to start the next book.

Anne: I am mad for time travel stories and thoroughly enjoyed this one. Very well done and the writing style is easy to follow. I don't see a publishing house given on the book anywhere so I am assuming it is self published. If so, I want to give high praise to the editor (perhaps it's even the author?) because in other self published books I've read the amount of misspellings and general bad grammar or punctuation were off putting. This book was PERFECT, not an error in it. Kudos.

Kindle Customer: This was a thoroughly absorbing story about time travel. The action was fast paced and was full of thrilling chapters as we were taken through the various times and places.
The description of 1870s Hollow Rock was superb, highlighting that the people didn't look like they did in the movies. The concept of people today communicating with the trapped time travellers in 1870 was described so colourfully and emotionally that I felt totally immersed in the situation.
I loved the book all the way through. The only reason I almost scored it a 4 and not a 5 was that at times the writing seemed to gloss over events quite quickly. Now and again problems were solved in too convenient a manner to be realistic...
SPOILER...
For example when the trio in 1969 San Francisco were short of money for the flight to England and the quick solution that the author came up with for one of the characters to rob a bank.... This felt rushed with no thought to the consequences that in the real world would have come crashing down upon the perpetrator.
END OF SPOILER...
I thought the ending was excellent and very neat. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and well done to...
