Tape: I've never actually used one of these before so I was pretty nervous buying one after reading reviews on firmness and fitness level. I decided to just commit to this one and see if it's for me.
Personally I love this thing, it's great for when I'm sore, it's really sturdy, I don't find it to be painful or too firm, and it's super cute. Very happy with my purchase.

Laila: Even though there's a small amount of softness to the touch with this roller. It's actually really nice to roll on. The other roller I had was way to hard for me so the slight difference of softness changed a lot of things for me. I use it every night to get rid of most of my tension.
