Peter: This was recommended to me by a friend who is absolutely kitchen knife crazy. I went for the “Ikon” rather than standard version which I believe is the same blade but the handle is larger which suits me very well. For me this hits the sweet spot of being an truely top class blade without hitting the stratospheric prices of the real high end knives. You could very easily spend a lot more than this and not get a better blade but I don’t think you’ll find a knife this good for less. I’m really happy with it.

w cutting: This knife is super sharp. It feels good in the hand and looks terrific. It’s crafted solidly and finished really well. The only problem is that it looks so good I’m almost reluctant to use it.

DEVIZZI CARLA: Ottimo prodotto, affidabile perché è forgiato in un pezzo unico, comodissimo perché taglia senza sforzo, dura molto a lungo, mantiene "il filo" per molto tempo; la casa produttrice ne è una garanzia. Il prezzo, ancorché elevato, si ammortizza perché non si cambia più!!!! Basta solo averne cura lavandolo a mano (mai in lavastoviglie), e proteggere la lama con la sua fodera che, tra l'altro, evita di tagliarsi infilando la mano nello scomparto coltelli del cassetto (la lama è affilatissima!). Il design, poi, è molto bello!
