marianna: It's a little unbalanced, heavy on the front end but it's a knife to butcher with not anything else. I butcher a lot of large beef cuts to save money and fill my freezer. It made easy work of tri tip, chuck roll and ribeye. I was even able to trim fat and save it to render later. Super happy with my purchase.

Jose Aponte: Love this knife. Work 40-50 hours a week for a small mom and pop shop. Had a cheaper jero knife to start my apprenticeship and wanted an upgrade. For only 15$ more the quality is night and day. It’s been about 4 weeks now and the edge is still as sharp as the day I got it. All I do is hit it with a honing Steel for now!
