Hubertus: Ich suchte für mein sehr altes Messer, in der Küche mal etwas Neues. Die Lieferung war Pünktlich und ich habe mich wegen der Form + dem Loch in der Klinge für dieses Ausbeinmesser Entschieden. Nach kurzem Test, vom schneiden einer Tomate, bis hin zum Filee in hauchdünne Streifen kann ich sagen, alle Achtung an den Hersteller, das Messer ist Klasse! Aber - Vorsicht Leute, das Ding ist Sauscharf!!.

Jesma: I purchased this knife awhile back with neutral opinions and a specific task in mind. The first one I purchased meet all my expectations except for the holster/sheath leaves room for improvement. The knife however has great ergonomics and allows for my specific cutting style to work effortlessly, especially with the figure hole incorporated into its design.

I use this knife for meat carving and preparation for smoking/barbecue and it holds an edge as well as can be expected for its metal composition and I have no trouble in regards to sharpening this knife when it finally does start to dull.

I definitely recommend this knife if you have meat preparation in mind as well as many other applications this knife can be a great addition to any household.

Gary Smitty SmithGary Smitty Smith: I and I have been wanting my own designated chef's kitchen knife. I like to have a single go to blade that is fine for chopping fruits and vegetables. Rasta wanted a blade that would be good for bird, fish, and meat. This blade is a little strange in shape and weight and I will have to add a bit more sharp to the edge. The knife comes out of the box good and sharp, this Dread however likes I blade what I call "Dangerously Sharp." I and I intend to use it as is out of the box and see if the factory edge holds or will I need to touch it up from time to time. This is not the most beautiful knife that Rasta has ever seen but I must say I and I am falling in love. It is a bit heave but will be perfect for crushing garlic and chopping herbs. The Dread will use it for awhile and be comfortable with the blade by time for the Holiday Season cooking challenge. I and I am feeling optimistic about this funny little cleaver, chef's knife. Trick... Rasta is going to mount the Sheath under I and I upper kitchen cupboard where H.I.M. prep I food. Rasta just think it will feel cool to reach up and grab I hidden always ready blade!
