glenn: Straight out of the box, this thing is super sharp. It is well-balanced and seems to hold its edge even if you dig into a joint or two while deboning. This is by far the best knife I have and it cuts meat comparable to how a razor knife cuts paper. I bought another variant from the same company and will let you all know how that goes. It can be a little dangerous as it little takes very little effort to move it in whatever you are slicing.

Debo: Got another one cause it seems like it sells out often enough. Plus it does the job well. I’ve used many fillet knives and this one is easy to maintain and holds its edge well.
Use the steel and it will work like
New every time.

Great experience and super easy to cut along with the feel of a quality knife in your hand.
If this keeps it's sharpness over time it will be totally awesome and prove to be a very useful purchase.
