WONNIE DVD Player for TV: Enjoy HD 1080P Home Entertainment with this DVD Player

Lkjggdsth: I set it up before bed, easy enough, watched a DVD. The next night I turned it on to play the same DVD left inside. It wouldn't play and it was vibrating. Turned it off and on ejected disk, tried a new one, to no avail. I already threw the box away because it worked the first night so you guys are going to get it back in whatever box I can find.

Jammers: I used this for my classroom. We maybe used it 10 times before it just wouldn't turn on anymore. The picture it shows is fine on a large (I don't know.. maybe 65 inch TV). I'm not sure what happened, but customer service was great and offered a replacement with no trouble on my end. I appreciate that and would buy again.

Rich: This player is compact and delivers a lot of value for the price. I unboxed it, all the components seem reasonably well made, with a good finish. It comes with all the cables, the only thing you will need to supply is AAA batteries for the remote. The CD tray drawer would not initially open - because the player case is plastic, I expect there was some slight flexing during shipping - but aggressively tapping on the case top a few times, it has worked just fine since.

The setup menu is not particularly easy to use - you will want to consult the manual. NOTE: some setup options are not presented while you have a disc in the player! In particular, you cannot switch the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9 (the latter is the format most big-screen HDTVs use) while a DVD disc is in the player. So I suggest you go through all setup options with no disc inserted.

As others have said, the remote buttons are very, very small, with tiny labels - I'd be willing to spend a few dollars more if they made a slightly larger remote. The remote signal to the player is strictly line-of-sight, and I found myself having to having to adjust my "aim" while seated 8 feet away to work...

Bargain Lover: The media could not be loaded.  I needed an extra Dvd ray player for my toddlers room so she could watch DVDs while hubby and I watched something that's not a cartoon. It was incredibly easy to set up, it came with all the cords needed and even an HDMI cable! It took maybe 2 minutes to set everything up. The only thing I would like to be different would be for the cord to be longer. After set up all I had to do was put in the DVD and it was go time! The remote is easy to use and the picture is great! I would definitely recommend this item to anyone that needs one, and a great price at that!!! 5 Stars in all categories!!!
