Amazon Customer: I was looking more for a daily journal, and this was not what I expected. You have to do certain things, and not on a daily basis.

Cameron Atkins: This is such a great journal. I personally love the size of it, it makes it easier to write in. I love that it has extra pages to add personal notes. This is really keeping me on plan and I love it!

KissMeKate: I like what this journal allows me to track and I make it more fun by using colored pencils. I'd give it 5 stars if it were smaller and thus more portable, not an unreasonable option since the typeface is large and there's lots of blank space on each page. Good quality paper and cover and I like the looks of the font and line drawings. I'll purchase again.

Caitlin: Everything is as advertised except for the front cover is different than "b*** stick to the plan". No biggie. Just would be nice to know I would be receiving something different.
