Ernest Acosta: They say the Bible is the greatest book in the world. This comes in second. You will learn more about your body than any doctor will tell you. I lost 40 pounds in 4 months and didn't set foot in the gym. Just follow his advice in this book. I eat breakfast at noon and dinner between 6 pm and 7 pm. I intermittent fast for 17-18 hours and the fat dropped off like butter melting in a frying pan. Do yourself a favor and get this book. You will thank me and you will lose weight.

Sherry-Elizabeth: I have a lot of books on health. I listened to many of Dr Bergs videos one night and
I decided that because of how bad I had been feeling to order this and I am very glad
I did. I also learned that Matcha Tea is not as healthy as some say and I would say
please be careful. It did a lot of harm to me. On the mend now though Peace!!

Carmen Gale: This book is by far the most complete book I've ever read on diet, nutrition, and overall health. Dr. Berg describes every subject in exquisite detail, so it's easy to understand the causes of ill health and he has specific instructions on how to heal from various undesirable health conditions. This is my new food-nutrition-diet BIBLE.

Oshea: I have been into wholistic health for 20 years or so and been following Dr. Berg for at least ten years and have found his info to be spot on. You can tell he truly loves his job and assisting people on their journey to greater health .
I bought his first addition years ago and greatly appreciate the fact he admits a few of the latest findings contradicts what was written in his first addition .
To me this represents someone with integrity . The book is loaded with not only info on how to lose weight but more importantly to keep it off by becoming healthy . Dr. Berg addresses weight loss from a wholistic view, discussing issues that may be prohibiting one from losing weight and how to correct .
Also greatly appreciate this book having a grocery list , sample meal plans and recipes .
His “ No - Flour Amazing Pizza “ is the Best .
He has a YouTube video on how to make this if you want the recipe .
I think knowing your body type makes sense especially when trying to figure out the best Exercise program which he provides.
Bottom line this book provides very important info on how to be healthy with a very doable program to keep one on course for a life time...

Adriana Iuliana Sandu: I was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year after having been told I had pre-diabetes last year. I had no help at all from the GP or the diabetes UK team despite trying several times to get in touch with a specialised nutritionist last summer. It was only by chance a friend send me a link to one of Dr Berg’s video about IF. I listened to hundreds of them and bought the book; I started doing the healthy keto with only 2 meals a day; I lost 22 pounds in 3 months without too much effort (although it didn’t feel like it at the time). I sleep better than ever, have more energy and more importantly I managed to reverse the diabetes!! This book explains in detail what you need to do to get healthy!! It has lots of suggestions for food and exercise and it really works - thank you Dr Berg - you are such a great teacher, too!!
