Works as advertised; for the price it is a good deal. The picture background in the display makes it hard to read under some light conditions unless you turn on the back light; the back light only stays on for a few seconds, though, before turning off.

Wanted something small to monitor the outside and inside temperatures. This compact unit fit the bill. Display is easy to read, and illuminates with a touch. Monitors both indoors and outdoors, accurately. So far, good battery time - have had no issues with the unit.
Bonus - easy to set up.

I've had this unit since Feb/22 and have spent a small fortune on Duracell batteries. The outdoor sensor goes thru 2 batteries in less than a month. The indoor piece eats up 3 batteries in about 6 weeks or less. Very unhappy and would not recommend this product.

The only problem I have us the lit-up display they show is a function you have to press. It's still easy to see in well lit conditions but not so easy in dim light unless you press the button and that only lasts about 5 seconds before it automatically shuts off.
