Keith: This is a really nice little weather station. I really like the large color displays. Very easy to install and when comparing it to online weather stations it is fairly accurate. I have hung mine on the wall in my home office so it is easy to read while working. Along with the weather it also displays current time, date and day of the week. There is also an alarm although I am not sure when of why I would use it. Certainly well worth the money.

Mike, Florida: This weather station replaces one of the two major brands I have used in the past. I took a chance with this product, because I have no idea whether the station will be reliable long term. The other units have had display failures and sensor failures, so they are impractical to keep operational.

The Wittime unit is simpler to use than other products. The controls are labelled so they can be read. The set-up procedure is straightforward. The unit works well so far and appears to be close enough for a home weather station. I have no way to check the absolute accuracy, but it is close to other partially operating units. It indicates high humidity outside (80+%) when I see water vapor in the air!

The display is clear. There are only two minor quibbles. The 12 hour clock does not show whether it is a.m. or p.m., but you will find out when the day of the week is half-a-day off. The other minor quiblle is that the calendar year is not displayed, likely to save space.

The Wittime has other readings that can be activated such as mold alert. There are other features that some of the name brands do not have. This unit is a good value IMO.

Amazon Customer: Review Update: I really like this weather station, but its forecasts are not always accurate. Sometimes it will show rain when we are in a long stretch of sunny weather. Not sure why. Otherwise the temps and pressure appear to be accurate. We have checked them with other devices.

This weather station is the first I've purchased and I am very happy with it. So far it appears to be fairly accurate and easy to read. Because it is plugged in (has battery backup), the display stays on and is bright enough to see across the room. We have it sitting on a coffee/side table (about two feet high) in our living room. The remote unit is on our deck. It was pretty easy to set up...read the directions and it will be up and running in minutes.

This display shows the temp and humidity inside and out, the barometric pressure, the time and date along with the moon phase and mold rating. In the top center is the weather forecast picture...easy to understand. Overall, it is a very useful device.

What it does not have is the wind direction and speed as well as precipitation gauge. This was not something I was looking for.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for this...

Sunrise Circle: lately in New England the weather has been all over the place .. I don’t know what to wear anymore !!
I bought it to place outside of the kitchen window so I can see what the weather looks like before getting ready for work.
I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and it’s holding up really well, it’s unbelievably rained, snowed and it’s been as cold as 30 degrees and as hot as 80° over the past 2 weeks.
What a great purchase! Very accurate readings!

The humidity sensor humidity is surprisingly accurate! Screen is bright and easy to read , even through a glass window with the sun glaring on it!!
Super easy set up! Worth every penny!
