Corey C Terwilliger: I have had this tumbler for just over a month and I have already gone through 3 belts (yes it was adjusted correctly, I have had 7 other tumblers). Finally, today it had a bearing in the motor go out. It was making a ton of noise so I took the cover off to adjust the belt tension and found a ton of metal dust and the motor shaft wobbling. After a little inspection, I found out that a bearing or something had gone out. It is now junk!

Geri Omohundro: I would recommend this to anyone. It is very quiet and seems well built. I like that it has an on/off switch so I don't have to pull the plug each time like my old tumbler. I use it with steel shot to polish silver jewelry that I make. It works great, highly recommend.

Mia: First off, I want to thank the customer service lady, Kay I think was her name. Very nice and resolved my issue right away. First off this is a solid tumbler that does not leak. I use it for sterling silver shining and hardening. Works great and the barrel is quiet. Now don’t make the same mistake I did. I put a ring with patina and it decontaminated my barrel. Don’t it! Don’t try it! Nightmare lol lesson learned.

lolo: I took a chance and I'm glad I did. There is a smell initially and it does take a while to break in the barrel so it doesn't stain (normal for the brown tumblers) but it polishes my silver and copper jewelry very well. It even did a decent job on some semi precious stones I re-cut. Time will tell how long before it starts leaking and needs a new gasket or stops working. It did come with an extra belt and claims it will replace the belt for free for it's lifetime. I'd buy again.
