Dana: It is so hard to see what tempature it is on. We have cooked on it probably 10 times and it has already started sticking and made a burn ring in the pan. You can have it on warm and it starts burning the food. Not happy at all. Waste of money

Shari Moist: This is one of the best frying pans I have ever owned and at 73 I've owned several! The non-stick coating is very well made and when washed the water just beads up and runs off. The temperature probe has a Warm and Simmer setting, which makes the pan useful for all kinds of cooking, not just frying but baking, steaming, roasting, etc. The pan is deep enough for roasting, steaming and braising. There's also a kickstand on the bottom that elevates the pan to allow grease to run off to one end of the pan. It's also lightweight which is helpful with my arthritis. I probably won't need another frying pan for the rest of my life. So happy with this purchase and the price was the best deal I could find! Thanks again Amazon!
One final note: recommend preheating the pan for about 5 minutes at about 250 before using the first time to burn off the manufacturing odor.

Jason: It's a good tool if you want to fry beef.
It is a great tool if you want to cook hot pot.
The product function is simple but very practical, with high cost performance.

Luna: This is large enough and deep enough to make almost anything. I recently cooked stuffed peppers in it and I was very happy with the way they came out. The reason I'm writing this review is you need to know one thing. If it's plugged in and you think you shut it off it is not shut off but on warming mode. I was making mushrooms for my pizza and shut the dial off. The indicator light was off when I went back a few hours later all I had was little burnt chips. It stays a little hotter than a warming tray when plugged in.
So as long as you unplug it when you're done cooking then I recommend this skillet. I had in another electric skillet non-stick and it killed my parrot.
Most non-stick release tiny fibers into the air that wrap around birds lungs and kill them quickly so use caution with any non-stick. This one is not affecting my other bird at all.
