Thomas McCadden: The pan heats up quickly and evenly. Cleans up easily. The only complaint is the numbers on the dial are very difficult to read. Tiny black print on a shiny copper finish. I have to set the temp while holding the dial before plug it in. Perhaps your eyes are better than my old eyes.

Mary C. Magnuson: I love the non-stick feature. It is easy to clean. I really liked the directions to heat it first before using, and then wash it. It cooks evenly and is deep enough for making fried rice. Fantastic skillet.

N. J. P.: I bought this for a big family weekend at our home. I really didn't think I would use it much after that weekend since there is only two of us. Boy was I wrong! I absolutely love this skillet! Perfect for fried rice, heating meat for sauces and gravy. And well,everything!
The one thing I wish was different, was you can't immurse it for cleaning. I do love it enough to overlook it's one downfall!

G. Ferioli: I bought this item in June of 2022 and really did like it. I like the copper material. However, the heating element has presented a problem. I recently attempted to obtain another heating element to no avail and the company really doesn't provide much assistance in this area. The heating element sometimes comes on and sometimes not. So, an aggravating feature to say the least. I noticed other reviews concerning the heating element so too bad the company who says they have a 2 year warranty can't do something about that issue.

TechChallenged: The heat control is difficult to see and use. It is hidden by the handle which makes it awkward to adjust during cooking. It has a very short cord, so you can't easily turn it to get a better look. I tried using a flashlight, but the control is reflective so still couldn't read the temp settings. Other than short cord and badly placed control, I like it. The pan is deep, cooks evenly, and clean up is a breeze.

I have no range and use the electric pan once or twice daily, so decided to invest beyond the basics that last less than a year with hard use. Definitely worth the price. It is basically a nonstick Dutch Oven. The heat is even. It can bring water to a boil faster than a burner. I have loved doing stew in it rather than the slow cooker. Very nice for eggs, fries and I even made cookies on it tonight. Great for browning meat which the nonstick fry pans will not do. My two annoyances would be the power cord and cleanup. It is very hard to plug in and out of the pan, and I have to turn it up and look inside to align the prongs. Doubt it will last long because of all of the jamming in and out trying to fit it. The power cord is very short. I get safety but it is too close to the wall, cupboard etc. due to the heat it generates. It also does not unfurl well to be placed on the left, which is my only option for use. So the cord winds up on itself weirdly and might melt from leaning against the side of the unit. I have it on a wooden cutting board, as advised, due to the heat source possibly damaging surfaces. That really should be re-thought. I...
