Evelyn: It's a perfect size. My husband travels for work. So this coffee maker was perfect for him to travel with. Even though hotels have coffee markers in the rooms, if you have ever made a cup of coffee in one you know its the worst coffee on the planet. So being away from home for 10days at a time I figure this would be a small way to have a little bit of home with him. Highly recommend it a great way to make a perfect cup.

Kindle Customer: After writing the below review, customer service sent me options. Either send me another machine or get a refunds. They were quick and easy to deal with. I have asked for a refund and withen a couple of days, I received my refund. Very satisfied with customer care.*****This machine lasted me 3 months. The keurig pods started to bust in the machine and put coffee everywhere inside. I used this only on weekends at my trailer. Will never buy this again. Do not buy as it will not last.****

Makes coffee super-fast, very compact for small counter area, and is just what I needed without breaking the bank for a "Keurig". Thank you to your team in responding so quickly and shipping the new product out so fast.** 

I bought this after camping with my friend who had one in her trailer. I was super excited because wanted a K Cup type machine but not having to pay the Keurig price. I used maybe 10 times and now it will not pull through the coffee from the pods. I thought might be clogged or something so cleaned it but nope. Water heats up and drips but no coffee. Super disappointed. And of course most likely not returnable at this point.

virginia Kelly: I purchased this coffee pot to hold our pods. It was great for 5 months and now won't work. Terrible design I would NOT recommend this. I can't find a way to contact company for possible replacement.
Won't reorder.
Update! company contacted me! and they were very helpful. Gave me choice of refund or replacement. Even allowed me to choose a color. Was happy to get a replacement, came quickly too. Thanks. Will give this another try.
Started with one star will give 4 due to service.

Pete: Okay it's a beautiful color of blue It's simple to run the only problem I have if I use inserts That I feel the inserts with the dolphin on them Will work if you fiddle a bit, with them the straight pink ones with the screen won't work Too big, you can get a big cup in there if you take the little rubber Bottom out it will work fine for holidays and Traveling like I said I wouldn't pay the full price No that i've used it prime day price it was a good buy And like I said, I do like the color it'll fit in the suitcase with no Problem
