Dakota: Almost the perfect wrist roller. The fat handles challenge your grip strength, the strap and chain is well made and will last a while. The only flaw is the center piece the strap rolls into is only wide enough for the strap. Getting it perfectly rolled into it is near impossible, especially when you're struggling on heavy weight or the last rep. Just widening the middle would make this perfect but it's still very effective for building forearm mass.

Jerry Cardinale: The only tool for targeted forearm work needed. You got your rope pullup barbell work but the forearms need to be targeted for all the areas not strengthened by those compound movements, this fills that weak gap. The best hands down.

Steve Schudin: Over the years I've had several wrist & forearm rollers, starting with the classic cut-down old piece if broom handle with a hole drilled in the center and piece of string hanging from it (everyone's dad or grandfather seemed to have one of those). This by far the best one that I've tried as it is the first one that I've used that has used a strap rather than a string and also a wider grip in the handles.
The strap means that the weight doesn't move around or spin when you're doing reps, it just goes straight up and down. Also, the wider grip makes a huge difference! However many reps you're used to doing with a roller, you probably won't be able to do as many with this one as the wider grip really makes your forearms burn! The whole thing seems very well made and looks like it will last a long time.

Tony Dure: Love the thick handle, the chain is great for attracting weight, the app is aresome fantastic programmes to train every main body part.
However there is only a very little section that tells you to go up and down.
If you know what your doing no problem a great bit of kit, l read some of the other reviews, - l did get the chain, and l can get to a height where l can use it, the handle looks as if it will last and not crumble or break like foam on rhe other makes however i know the chain can hold really heavey weights, l dont know how much the thither onto the roller will hold jaust saying
