Ohne euch zu viel Zeit zu klauen, hier meine ehrliche Meinung.
Pro ⭐️⭐️⭐️
- ab Werk sehr sehr guter Schliff
- Klinge elastisch wie sich das gehört
- Verarbeitung für den Preis absolut in Ordnung
- lässt sich einfach nachschleifen
Contra ❌❌❌
- Schnitthaltigkeit nicht ideal, aber dies ist sicherlich auch dem geschuldet, dass man ab und an doch mal auf Knochen stößt von daher nur in Klammern sehen

Es gibt natürlich hochwertigere Modelle. Man kann problemlos 150 Euro und mehr ausgeben und bekommt dafür ein schöneres Model. Wenn es aber um das wesentliche geht, nämlich die Funktion dann kann das Messer absolut überzeugen.
Für den aufgerufenen Preis gebe ich eine eindeutige Empfehlung!

Maurizio Moscatelli: Da un marchio come Victorinox ci si aspetta qualità, in molti casi le aspettative superano la realtà; ma la serie SWIBO usata sia nei ristoranti che nelle macellerie, seppur di fascia economica, fa ciò che ci si aspetta. Vorrei sottolineare che il prezzo di un coltello è dato principalmente dalla qualità dell'acciaio usato; più questa è bassa (quindi economico) più frequentemente andrà affilato. Per un uso casalingo non vi sono problemi; per quello professionale l'affilatura andrà ripetuta ogni 10-15 giorni ma visto il costo esiguo basta averne 2 e dare il cambio (uno si usa mentre l'altro si manda ad affilare). Buon prodotto, da acquistare ad occhi chiusi.
