Review: Just started using this month. It worked great the 1st time but now it won't turn on.

USSINDYBOY: I was at the store looking for an ash vacuum. Didn't buy it there as it was pretty spendy. So I checked on Amazon and found this vacuum.

I've had it for a of couple months and it has been doing the job well. The vacuum is lightweight and the suction is pretty strong. I've been able to keep my pellet stove clean using this vacuum.

Customer service is excellent! The seller reached out to me right after I received the vacuum. I did have an issue recently, and the seller was prompt to address it. I would recommend this ash vacuum to anyone who is in the market for one.

PatR: This ash vacuum works as well as a name brand vacuum. It was easy to set up and easy to use. It has a metal mesh that surrounds the HEPA filter which is a plus as the other one I had (2x) was a plastic housing and any thing hot that came into contact with it melted it off the bat. The filter is also cleanable. Have not had to do that as yet. I have emptied it out and it was not a big deal. When cleaning it has great suction power, cleans with no problem, no ash, smoke or anything came out of the vacuum into the air or for that matter back into the stove.
I am hoping this one will last more then the last 2 I purchased from another company.

Brandi C.: The vacuum has good suction, and absolutely contains all the ash dust. However, recognize that you are vacuuming ash. The filter will do just that, filter the ash particles, and need cleaned after every use. Especially if you’re actually cleaning out the entire fireplace.

Snugharbor: Update: I’ve had this ash vac for over 2 months now. The suction is amazing- I’ve emptied the canister once, and it needs to be again, but there’s no loss of suction. A major improvement over my old one - this vac is simply great!
One small complaint though are the wheels on the canister. They pop off easily if you try to roll it around on carpet. Picking it up solves that problem easily, especially since it’s so lightweight. I highly recommend this!

I needed a new ash vac after the ‘top rated’ competitor vac died within 1 year of purchase.
After extensive research I chose this one due to its suction/ hp rating and having a replaceable HEPA filter. Some name brand vacs with these specs don’t come with a HEPA filter.
Assembly was a breeze - it took less than 5 minutes to have it ready.
Flipped the switch on and started to clean my pellet stove. I was amazed- the suction was at least double of my previous vacuum.
Clean up is now a breeze!
