Thomas M.: I tried to strictly follow the prescribed procedure for charging it fully, going through a more or less complete discharge, before charging again completely, and repeating this cycle TWO MORE TIMES. That is absurd. What's absurd is, it still didn't hold a charge worth a hoot after all of that. And this is the second battery bought from a different supplier (possibly the same battery with a different label, who knows?) but they both are the same way.
I went through the recommended charging cycle procedure as best I could, and it still doesn't hold a charge even for a full day of normal, moderate use. Nothing close to when the phone was new and yes I did check that WiFi is off, Bluetooth is off, and there aren't a bunch of apps open in the background.
Very disappointing. I would pay more for a reliable, usable battery.

Charles A. Washington: My old battery was dead. It would not hold a charge for more than three short phone calls. The guys at the Sprint store tried to get me to swap out my phone on a new contract for an upgraded phone. Lots more money. So I researched Amazon and found this battery. It works great. I saved a lot of money. Now I can upgrade on my terms.

D.Seevers & wife: Got battery put into phone on dec 30.2020. Have to charge it 2 to 3 times a day. An before u ask no there is not alot of usage of phone such as facebook an games. This phone is used by an older person for emergencies.
There are facebook an a game. Total usage for both are about 30 minutes. Why this battery is not holding a charge could have many reasons.
But selling a battery that says it has longevity is crap. The thickness of the battery has no ground other than fitting into the phone.
Which if it is made for that specific phone then it shouldn't be an issue either. Personally i wouldn't recommend this battery. Because of the charging issue

Smokey Bear: Bought these to replace the other batteries as the charge wasn't lasting any more. Received them quickly. They seem to be working wel so far. The "battery Life & Longevity" questions only got 4 stars as I haven't had the batteries that long. How can I determine in a month or less, what they will be like 2 months, 6 months or a year down the road.
