GlennJ: I just got done replacing this battery with a new one. It lasted about 2 years before it started expanding and bursting out of the iPhone chassis. I don't know what to expect with aftermarket batteries, but I was hoping that it would just start to lose capacity rather than expanding to the point of the display coming out of the chassis.

Keith Jung: I have 6 years old iPhone 6S Plus.
I was having problem with the battery.
The battery didn’t last no more than 3 hours from 100 % to 0 %. Original battery drain it’s power so fast, I had carry extra battery if I have stay outside more than 3 hours.
Using this battery replacement kit and YouTube video, the installation was not difficult at all.
You have to use magnifying glasses to pick up the screws and install this battery.
This new battery life last almost whole day without a any change during the day.
I am very happy and satisfied with this battery.
Therefore I gave 5 stars customer review.

Caleb K.: Worked great. It was pretty easy step by step directions. I was replacing the battery on my moms phone that she’s had for years now. The kit has everything needed.

The only thing I’ll add is that when you’re removing the old battery, the adhesive could still be very strong. Mine was very difficult to get out. Use a blow dryer to weaken/soften the old glue, and it will still take patience. I rushed mine and ended up bending the battery too much…. and the old lithium ion battery still had enough life left in it to swell and shoot out a puff of smoke. So be careful and try to pry it out slow and without bending.

Suhk Madiq: After i put the battery in right out of the packaging it said the same battery percentage as the previous battery like before i turned it off and did the swap, so i turned on youtube videos to drain the battery down because the instructions said to drain it and charge it all the way back up for a few cycles to get the battery to adjust and it took over 6 hours of youtube vids to drain it from 57% to 5%. THen i charged it from 5-100 and now im gonna drain it to 5% again today. so far its been shockingly great. definitely do the repair yourself even if ur battery is sorta working, my battery worked okay but it would drain really fast so id never use my phone.

Steve & Kelly Reynolds: This iPhone 6 plus kit I got is great, tools and accessories worked great and battery health is now great. Instructions were actually good but YouTube will make the job easier. Now iPhone 6 is an easy battery to replace already, if you are buying this brand for another model or brand, watch a video prior to ordering this kit! The quality is great, don't get me wrong but some phones are not easily user serviceable! Some are not meant to be repaired, especially apple products in general! They will build it to last until the next year until the new model comes out. They want you to buy a new phone not repair your old one, especially by yourself! If they wanted you to fix or replace batteries, they would sell them! And Apple Does NOT sell batteries! So if you see someone selling an apple battery and you think it's going to be better to get the original, think again! Because they do not sell them to the anyone! If it has an apple logo or the name on it, it's either a fake or it's a used battery that someone is selling as new and it is just reprogrammed to show full power. It however will be just as bad or worse than the one you are trying to replace! So again, don't buy an Apple...
